The room was good, it was clean and the styling was a nice change from the modern minimalist hotels - the sink vanity had a nice charm to it. The mini fridge was more powerful than other hotels I've been to, some only slightly cool it but this one seemed to properly chill drinks and food. The staff were friendly and accommodating as we arrived a little early and gave us options to a request before checking into our room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were good to visit and had a pleasant transparent ceiling.

Helpful staff on arrival helping sort parking. Easy to access via tram and walk everywhere in city great location. Excellent facilities and good sized room.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The location is perfect. The guest laundry is free to use, the pool and gym are excellent. The staff were loverly and Nikki looked after as well, she was kind helpful and a total pleasure to deal with. We also visited Harry's Bar on the 12th and there was 12 of us, tge staff were loverly and the food was excellent.

as always location is excellent. After reviewing recent reviews I was concerned as to how we would find the hotel (this was our 4th visit- but the first since covid), but I needn't have been concerned as the hotel presented as it always had! We had an apt unit overlooking the street - well designed and good use of space, furnished well, good lighting, everything worked - what more can one says but very good value. Yes some things were dated eg carpet, tiling around the tub, but they really didn't need replacement.

The pool area, spa and gym are great for adults and I guess kids as the water is all heated. The common areas are old- 80’s style chic. The atrium is really quite spectacular- like something from the Christopher Nolan movie, ‘Inception.’ The bar called ‘Harry’s bar seems to miss out on it’s potential share of revenue as it’s quite often empty. Maybe a revamp as it’s a strange feeling set up.

The central location to everything in the CBD was great, and surprisingly very quiet. The staff were very responsive to issues and each was dealt with very quickly. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well. The bathroom was equipped with plenty of towels and a lovely spa bath.

Comfy bed, super quiet air-conditioning, We had a large room with a mini-kitchen so had everything we needed for the 3 nights we stayed. Lovely & clean & housekeeping restocked daily, including towels (even though I didn't expect that). Convenient location with only a block or two to different tramlines. Easy walk to Fed Square & riverfront as well as The Princess Theatre. Not many rooms would have a view, but when you are busy out & about in Melbourne, it's not really important. Nice fasts lifts in the building too.

Fabulous room, everything you may need. Had a small problem with the spa bath, but they got someone out within minutes to come and help solve the problem! Pool and spa were fab, very serene, and lovely to use. Breakfast was amazing, the best hotel breakfast I have had, a great selection of hot and cold food, and fabulous freshly cooked eggs/omelette. Was a very well needed break from the hustle and bustle of the 9-5 and it definitely delivered. I would stay again for sure!
